Currently serve as a member of the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Services Agency:

Provider Agency Advisory Committee (PAAC), and EMS Law Enforcement Co-Response De-Escalation Task Force (ELCoR).

Current Vice President of California EMS Educators’ Association (CEMSEA), and past Treasurer of California Fire Technology Directors’ Association (CFTDA).

My experience is a culmination of over 30 years in Fire and Emergency Medical Services. In addition, I have served on all-risk Incident Management Teams during many incidents throughout Los Angeles County and the state of California. My passion is combining my experience and knowledge, along with progressive teaching methods to engage today's students and first responders who are, and will be, tomorrow's leaders. I also enjoy working to create meaningful partnerships by utilizing a synergistic approach to problem solving.
